Product Review: Ailihen I35 Stereo Lightweight Foldable Headphones
Disclaimer: I provide honest reviews of products that I receive for free or at discounted rates.
The Ailihen I35 Stereo Lightweight Foldable Headphones are a fairly decent quality pair of on-the-ear headphones with a built-in microphone for tablets, phones and gaming.
The braided cable is an added bonus with these already high quality headphones and it adds an added touch of quality that makes these headphones feel a little bit better in comparison to similar products. The 3.5mm headphone jack is gold plated for improved sound quality, which again, adds a small level of detail that makes these headphones really stand out.
The microphone quality is pretty good for the price. I was able to speak normally and have the voice-activated features of my tablet work without any real problems, plus there is a single-click button on the microphone for interacting with your device.
While I’m not normally a fan of on-the-ear headphones (primarily because I wear glasses and having something press against your ears ends up hurting after a while) these were surprisingly comfortable and I was able to wear them for well over an hour before I really started to notice the pressure against my ears. The sound quality isn’t exactly “studio quality” or anything, but it’s comparable to most gaming headsets or high-end earbuds. The speakers in the ear pieces have good bass response, clear mid-range and crisp high-end tone that makes them a very decent pair of headphones for daily usage.
The only real downside to these headphones is that there is no indicator for which side is left channel and which side is right channel, so I had to run some audio tests to find out how to properly wear them.
For anyone looking to get a decent pair on on-the-ear headphones, these are easily worth the purchase, especially considering you can get them for only $19.98.
